She-Ra and the Princesses of Power – Season 2, Episodes 1 – 7
Welcome back to me talking way too much about She-Ra and the Princesses of Power! Today I’m focusing on season 2, which will be a shorter post than yesterday’s. Season 2 is only seven episodes, while season 3 is six; together that adds up to 13, the same number of episodes as seasons 1, 4, and 5. Maybe there were production issues that delayed the second half of the season? The world may never know, because I couldn’t find any reason for it. Anyway, off we go!

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power – Season 1, Episodes 1 – 13
Watching movies for a post every weekday while I’m stuck in this quarantine endless now (never a tomorrow) does help me keep track of what day it is, but it doesn’t really give me a lot of time to watch anything else. There are a lot of series I’ve fallen behind on while doing all this. So let’s review one of them! I spent 21+ hours watching all of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, so let’s talk about each season this week! I never said I’d only do movie reviews! And even if I did, I lied!

Event Horizon (1997)
I have a joke with my friends that I’ve seen enough movies that I can predict dialogue and plot points. Not completely out of the blue, mind you, I’m not that good; but if everything is leading to a stereotypical line or an obvious plot trope, I’ve gotten good at noticing that the movie is heading in that direction. All this is just so I can say that I was thinking about the Hellraiser franchise long before this movie looked directly at the audience and said, “Have you seen Hellraiser? Because we definitely have.”

Russell Madness (2015)
Did you know that there is an Air Bud cinematic universe? If you need a moment to process that, you’re probably not alone. Air Bud spawned Air Buddies, which in turn spawned Santa Buddies and its sequel. But that’s not all in the talking animal universe (the puppies talk, by the way)! Now firmly in the control of writer/director/producer Robert Vince, we also have Pup Stars (dogs singing), several monkey movies (MVP: Most Valuable Primate, Spymate, Monkey Up, etc.), and now Russell Madness.

Dead & Breakfast (2004)
Is this really the first zombie movie I’ve reviewed here? Huh. Makes sense, as it’s not my favorite horror subgenre and I don’t own many zombie movies, but it’s still a bit surprising. But Dead & Breakfast is not just a zombie movie, though! It’s a horror comedy about an undead spirit possessing the inhabitants of a tiny town, trying to murder everyone they come across and adding the bodies to its growing army. There’s also a zombie line dancing sequence. But let’s start at the beginning.
